My interests including baking and cooking. I especially enjoy eating my masterpieces. I love to read and write. Movies every chance I get and traveling. Family is everything so Holidays and Birthdays are important to me. Without the color purple and of course, my love of sparkles, I wouldn’t be me. I love all things that glitter. Music is a universal language that I speak fluently.
Born to Richard and Janie Vidal on September 24, 1966, the oldest of three. I have two younger brothers. Single parent of eight, ranging from 31-year-old twin girls to a 12-year-old daughter still at home, and a beautiful granddaughter. I graduated from Apollo College in 2000 as a Registered Medical Assistant. Returned to school in 2015, after a long battle with liver failure but, has been in total remission since June of 2016. Graduated with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts on May 11, 2018 from Central Arizona College and currently pursuing an Associates Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and a Bachelors in Culinary Arts.
I am also very active in my community. Having lived here all my life, I feel inspired to give back to my community in all ways possible. I am a member of the Santa Cruz Alumni Band and Flagline group that will be performing at the homecoming game this October. I will also be representing the Junta as a past reigning queen in 1985 of Las Fiestas Patrias.
